Returns and Warranty:
Please inspect your Shipment upon arrival!
Open each box and inspect each wheel. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. In that rare case of a manufacture defect contact us immediately and send us a picture of the wheel at email@example.com. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized. Note: You must get approval for return or merchandise will be refused and returned to you.
Once a return is approved, return the new/unused item in the original box pre-paid (customer is responsible for shipping cost). Returns must be non-mounted, protected from shipping damage, as customer received.
Any returns or exchanges other than a manufacturer's defect or an incorrect shipment are subject up to 20% restocking fee, plus shipping cost (to you and back).
