  Just  got off the phone with you, and figured I would follow up with an e-mail. I had recently ordered some wheels from your company, and the customer service could not have been better. Kim, the young lady that helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable, and was most helpful.   I am finding it harder and harder to find the type of service in which your employees offer. While I may not buy another set of  wheels in the near future, I will recommend you, your staff, and your web site, to everyone I know looking to purchase wheels in the future.  Thanks again for your help, your knowledge, and customer service.

If your reading this comment you're obviously looking at JDwheels.com....let me be one of many very satisfied customers to tell you that your search for an aftermarket wheel vendor needs to stop here. Jeff and Kim went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction before AND after the sell and the transaction was the most personable yet professional transaction i've encountered in quite some time. Hello Kim,

I have attached some pictures that I took yesterday of my 2006 Cyclone Grey GTO with the DR2 wheels and Toyo tires that I bought from JD Wheels. I thought the photos turned out really well. I especially like photo 153.jpg.

The new DR2 wheels with the longer spokes, deeper dish rims and additional caliber clearance look great on my GTO. The DR2 wheels with the Toyo tires are a perfect fit and profile for the 2006 GTO.

I spent over a year looking for just the right wheels for my GTO. The new DR2 wheel was exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks to JD Wheels for having the new Scarallo DR2 wheels.

To JD Wheels Owner/Manager,

 I recently placed and order with your company for some American Eagle wheels.  I felt it necessary to contact you and let you know how very pleased I am with your company and with one employee in particular.  I’m not exactly certain but I believe her name was Kim. 

 My reasoning for the letter is this,  I spent upwards of 5 hours on the phone and internet attempting to purchase this particular set of wheels from various vendors in California, Texas, Florida and one in my home state of North Carolina.  Figuring the vendor in North Carolina would be the least expensive in shipping I started there, to no avail.  You see, I am a small commercial print shop owner, a full time firefighter in Morehead City, NC, a husband, and father of two, with very little time for anything outside of my normal daily routine and five hours attempting to purchase wheels was absurd.  After several hours of trying to either get someone to answer their phone, respond to emails or have a functioning web site, I was extremely frustrated.  These vendors lack of attention to customer service shocked and befuddled me.  How anyone could stay in business without paying attention to their customers first was beyond me.  Fortunately my last attempt was contacting your company via a phone number that I had received from your web site.  I finally got to speak with someone after all my previous troubles.  Someone who actually took pride in her work and made my transaction as quick and simple as I guess it could possibly be.  Like I stated before I believe her name to be Kim.  She was polite and helpful in every way and acted as if I was the only customer in the world.  Mind you I was only buying one set of wheels, not a monumental amount of money, but I was treated as if I was purchasing wheels by the trailer full.  No that’s customer service!

 In a day and age where true customer service has fallen by the wayside your company and Kim are a testament to how a business and its employees should operate.  I will never purchase another set of rims/wheels from a company other than yours for this very reason.  Thank you JD Wheels and Kim for a great buying experience.
