Return/Refund Policy

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 800-379-5333 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Please return the product with all shipping materials as it came to protect it on the return trip to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty.

Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied.

All returns are subject to inspection by Manufacture specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit.

Credit amount will be calculated less all freight charges incurred.

WHEELS: Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.

WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment.

Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact JD Wheel’s customer service department at 800-379-5333. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
